Terms of Service

Welcome to Mr. Pooper Scooper Utah (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential dog waste removal services on a recurring schedule (weekly, biweekly, or otherwise agreed upon).

Service includes removal of visible dog waste from designated yard areas. We do not guarantee removal of waste hidden under snow, debris, tall grass, or other obstructions.

2. Access to Property

Customers must:

  • Ensure gates are unlocked on service day

  • Secure pets before our arrival

  • Provide safe and clear access to service areas

If we cannot access the yard due to locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions, the visit may be skipped and still subject to the regular service charge.

3. Pet Safety & Aggressive Animals

For the safety of our technicians:

  • All pets must be secured during service unless otherwise approved.

  • If a dog shows aggressive behavior, we reserve the right to discontinue service immediately.

4. Billing & Payments

  • Services are billed monthly in advance.

  • Payment is due upon invoice receipt.

  • Late or declined payments may result in service suspension.

  • Returned or failed payments may incur additional processing fees.

We reserve the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Initial Clean-Up

An initial clean-up fee may apply for first-time services if excessive waste is present. This fee will be communicated before service begins.

6. Weather Policy

Services may be postponed due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Snow accumulation

  • Unsafe yard conditions

If service is delayed, we will resume on the next scheduled visit or as soon as conditions allow.

7. Cancellations & Service Termination

Customers may cancel service by providing at least 1 day notice before the next billing cycle.

We reserve the right to terminate service if:

  • Payment is repeatedly late

  • Property conditions are unsafe

  • Terms of service are violated

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care while on your property, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Damage caused by pets

  • Unsecured gates or fencing

  • Injury resulting from unsafe yard conditions

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent month of service.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of your visit so we can address the issue.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
